Ravenclaw Mac fan stuck in a Windows world As a 24 yr old college student studying theater, I can't afford an Apple computer, so I'll have to make do with this Windows Netbook. There's nothing I'd rather do than sit down with a good book or a new pen, fresh paper, and a story idea. My reading list is expansive; I'm currently reading Les Miserables. My primary exercise is walking my dogs or shooting things-with my camera. I have spectacular aim. I spend most nights in, unless I'm working at the theater or studying, and like a movie night, a good chess game, or an old fashioned dungeon crawl. I love working in the kitchen; my matzo ball soup and salmon patties have never seen the word "leftovers." I'm a proud Browncoat who stays loyal to my family, a label that indicates more than blood relation. Family, after all, is what you make it. Yes, you can pick your relatives.

I've been single for a few years and am looking to break that streak. I can be a little old-fashioned; I was raised with a handful of 50's ideals, but don't let that fool you. I prefer jeans to pearls and heels, though I look amazing in both. Politics is a foreign phrase to me; I'd rather stumble from web page to web page than pay attention to who is attacking whom. Yes, they're important; I just don't follow it as closely as some. I'd rather watch a Mel Brooks comedy, a good blood-and-guts slasher movie, or a romantic comedy than the news. I'm a fan of old-school Loony Tunes and 90s Nickelodeon as well as classic Disney movies. My five favorite phrases, in no particular order, are "checkmate," "natural 20, roll for crit," "time to make dinner," "headset chatter" and "Lucy, I'm home!" Feel free to ask any questions you like. Need to end this now - time to take my siblings to Diagon Alley!
