Very good! Now for my favorite. people always think they have this nailed. Which weighs more, a pound of feathers, or a pound of gold?

Well they both weigh the same, both are a pound

That is good thinking on a twist but, no, it is not the currency. However it is a technical detail that many are unaware of.

WAIT! I get it, a pound of gold isn't using the same convention as a pound of features the gold weight in the same convention would weigh less. I always forget that

Right on the nose! Gold is measured in Troy pounds while feathers would be measured in avoirdupois pounds. Troy is about 12oz while Avoirdupois is 16. Moving on then. What runs but never walks and has a mouth but never talks?

`Looking at the previous questions, I would have never thought of the gold one...
But this one is river, much easier than the last one.

I like that Gordon Freeman bit, but here's a an annoying riddle. If I gave you a dime for every quarter you could balance on its edge and you balanced three quarters on their edge, how much money would you then have?

`It is a trick of wording but of a different kind. At the end you would have lost 45 cent because I gave you the dimes "for" the quarters. Like i said, annoying. Here's a brain-buster that takes a bit of know-how.
Where in the world may you find Julius Caesar, Alexander The Great, and Lancelot all in the same place?
